well, i have just started germinating 5 bag seeds, in a little tub with water filled halfway up, a damp sponge, folded over in between are the 5 bag seeds.

i was planning to take these babies outside once they germinate, and put them in 5 separate pots. i was going to keep them in pots until they grew around 3 inches. then i was planning to plant them in the earth, in this field near my house.

id like to know what the perfect time to plant them into the earth, from the pots would be?

this is a pretty vague answer but right after the last frost. In my area around the 2nd-3rd week of May.

Well, Germinating aside.. It really depends on the weather where you live.. Obviously if you live in a cold snowy place, wait until the last frost ends before you put them in the ground. If you don't.. they will die.. Luckily it is a weed and can take some punishment once established..

Ditto - Ditto, after the last danger of frost.

Have you given any consideration to site selection, ground preperation, available sunlight, maintanece (watering, feeding, pest control, etc.)?
