hey everyone at hip forums, i have a quick question

i recently took a blow to the head resulting in a mild concussion and my question is whether or not you guys would know of any blatant harm of smoking a week after it happened? iam sure it isnt the wisest thing but iam just not sure.
    as always, peace and love!
    thanks!

same thing happened to me and i did smoke except i think it ended up being somewhat harmful. think about it, youre brain is basically trying to recover from an injury and introducing smoke into your system isnt going to help, especially pot smoke.. just be safe and dont smoke for a week.

This is not the right time to "feed your head" since your brain is currently a bit scrambled. Take some time off.

A concussion is sweeling in the brain. People under estimate the severity of consussions, i know I did. Although I did not suffer any long term effects I was not careful and took another blow that resulted in post concussion syndrome.

I would not smoke. Not only are you inducing a drug into your already damaged brain, you risk doing something foolish while under the influence. If you suddenly get the spins and fall down you could hit your head again. I would start smoking again after the doctor clears you for contact sports (1-2 weeks). If your healthy enough to play football a quick bowl will be quite alright.
