Love was a good one. I suggest two.
The act of kindness, aiding another with their approval for no personal reward, is good.
Harming of innocents for selfish, unnecessary motives is bad.

we are, we reason, we live and die
    we have ideas....

seeing as how everything we know as human beings are defined by and for human beings....most knowledge today would be arguably correct

    Reality exists.

It is important to know what you know, but one's thoughts (however brilliant) are only one dimension of reality, there is always more.

"Tell me something that is certain/true on all philosophical and metaphysical levels
Anything." thus quoth the migrating bird.

i like that. it is almost too easy to say nothing at all is, but that may not be entirely accurate for a number of reasons, not the least of which may be that "nothing" (i.e. any conceivable concept of nothingness) is either!

i, whatever i is, lets leave that one for now, shall we, can only observe what i can only observe. whatever anyone else says my "i" "should" be observing is of no pertenance to what "i" actualy do.

and what i observe is diversity. a diversity that neither requires nor prevents observably much of anything. i don't begin to claim to speak for any known 'school' of phylosophy or even belief, only my uniquely personal own.

there are other things that can be observed: the pain of suffering and that the causes of this, the conditions that give rise to it and the causes of those conditions, can be avoided.

and that a very great deal is entirely up to our doing so.

that's an ambiguous we by the way. meaning both individualy AND collectively; singly and severaly.

there seems to be a spacial, temporal and spiritual forever in all directions outside of ourselves as well, what ever ourselves and inside and outside of them also means.

and this space time and spirit appear, again, if only to my self, to be infinitely diverse as well. that this is the nature of them and that this is a good nature for them to have.

why? because it means that what is gratifying is possible to exist.

acting with no notion of personal gratitude brings more awareness.

with more awareness, comes more possible outlets of indulgence.
as you move on past each trap of indulgence, through each and every "test" that is set before you in every moment, a stillness and quiet "knowing" or "sight" begins to develop-again, leaving more and ever more potential outlets of energy.

indulgence(anger, daydreams, eating for taste rather than nourishement, lying, stealing, internal chatter, etc.)=spending energy
    right action/non-indulgence=building energy

    this continues until.........
