it always bugged me her name was san diego, for some reason. but i remember liking that. and... ghostwriters or something. lol. well, basically i liked all kid tv.
d00d, Carmen Sandiego was like... one of the bestest PBS programs ever. (I mean, except for Nova.) It was part of my after-school activity staples for years. YEARS!!! I recall a period of several weeks when I had the theme song by Rockapella on repeat for like the longest time ever. And that was like... ahaa... last summer.
Whatabout School House Rock? I still feel sorry for that poor lonely Bill sitting on the capitol steps. And W.O.E.I.C.S. was cool, but I was more of a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle kinda kid. The most educational show I watched at home was Puff the Magic Dragon, and that was just because my parents were stoners.
i love pbs last night i spent so much time watching it i so remember this show, and at Wendy's {canadian represent!!} kids meals had toys from the show...fucking sweet ass toys
sub-par.......maybe. But in my opinion the best out of all the major fast food chains. And I remember getting sweet ass toys in my happy/kids meals when I was young. Like transformers, and other well built toys. Now I see these cheap ass little wannabe-toys the kids are gettin.....what happened to the good stuff? One in perticular that I remember was just this little plastic car. The wheels didn't even spin, and the thing didn't even have a dashbord, seats or anything like that. It was just a plastic shell of a car. Made me glad to be a kid of the 90's
i am not wendy's fan. small local fast food places (wherever i've lived) seem to have better food. though i do crave jack in the box when i'm drunk/hungover, a lot.
I refuse to eat fast food anymore. I just feel like shit if I eat it, generally. I'm like a... a... monk or something.
