Great land in Vermont. I haven't been there in a while.

I only get to the north end of Brattleboro myself. That's the convenience of I-91 for you! It's near the area of where the West River flows into the Connecticut River at the New Hampshire border.

I miss that. Where I live, unfortunately, the urbanisation has changed our part of the earth from experiecing much beauty like that.

    Great Pictures :)

One of the most haunting images ever captured of the spring melt in Vermont was by photographer Arthur Griffin in his book New England Revisited - ever see it?

Also, It looks like we're going to put the spring melt on hold for a few days with a few inches of snow expected overnight wednesday into thursday, both in vermont and here in New Hampshire.

I love Vermont. Go snowboarding thru the glades at Killington or Mt. Snow and you are gaurenteed a good time....... as long as you stay clear of trees

Find a spot with a nice veiw over the landscape, pack some snow chairs, and pull out the carfully wrapped joints to pass around the crew.

Beautiful pics too. Wish I was a little farther north of Boston.
