Greetings from New Jersey uh...and Philly. Come to the Folk Fest

Alright now, it took me a while to get signed up for this, there were some problems, anyways hello.
Im Matt and I live in New Jersey (hiiii...matttt.....) I really like hippys in general, not the pinko fakes, like the ones who think it means they have to wear the uniform of the tie dyed shirt, but the ones who think like a hippy does. Bull by the horns, earthy, beautiful people who are genuinly good souls. That sounds stupid and stereotypical, but I am at work and cant take the time to write more thoughtfully than this.

I am a photographer by trade and a drummer by fancy. I do have hand drums, but I tend not to go to drum circles because of the people who play completly out of time, it kinda freaks me out like fingernails on a chalkboard.

Im looking to see if there are any people around the South Jersey Philly area to hang out with. I was in a ltr with a beautiful woman who decided we should be friends about 2 months ago. Obviously that means I cant really be friends right away cause it hurts me to think about her much less see her. You know the racket. Anyway, so I would like to meet some more like minded people on this board, plus this gives me somthing to look forward too when I am bored at work.

I live right near Washington twp in the blackwood area, I also used to live right near elkton Maryland, when I was a student at the University of Delaware. I could throw stones into Elkton from my bedroom.

Im a photographer also...mostly black and white. Not color anymore, it was becoming a pain in the ass for me to develop.

 

Thats cool, I dont even develop anymore, it became to expensive for the amount I shoot, and I jsut took out a loan for all digital equitpment yee ha. But black and white is still th most gorgeous looking.

I was a major in art, I got my BFA at the University of Delaware. Now I work for a photographer and shoot weddings to pay the bills.

 

I went to Philly yesterday and signed up for Folk Fest, its so awesome, got my prefest pass, so that I can get in on wednesday. I cant wait its going tob e incredible.
