My birthday's coming up, and me and a friend were planning on tripping and going on a little mountain hike. I want to trip and sit on top of the mountain, I think that would be incredible. I've hiked the trail before, it's not that hard. I've driven on shrooms multiple times, I think this will be my fifth time doing them. On a different note, I've had some weird experiences with shrooms and was wondering if any more experience user could help. First time I did them, my friend told me I shit my pants (I of course didn't), I started freaking out, blacked out, woke up and thought i was dying for an hour. Did them 2 times after that (different batch from different person) and those were awesome. No bad experience, took an eighth and drove to the mall on them. I was fine. This last time I did them, I took another eighth, but of a different batch. I was watching beer fest with my buds, when all the sudden my vision got all fucked up. Kind of when your eyes are throbbing, you see some slight distortions. It was like that, but I got the feeling like I was dying. I had to lay down. I started sweating all over. It was just like the first time, however this time I kept myself from passing out. After about 20 minutes of this, I was fine, felt great, had an awesome time. They couldn't have been bad shrooms, because both times I had the bad trip part, other people had taken the same amounts as I had. My friend this last time wants to take an eighth and a half because he said he didn't feel hardly anything. What's wrong with me?
please don't drive on shrooms. thats just stupid. if it's your birthday, get your friend to drive while you trip, or make a camping trip out of it and start eating shrooms once you get there. people driving under the influence of hallucinogens are retarded, its worse then driving drunk.
Well, I'm probably the best driver I know. I can drive drunk very easily. I know my limits. There are points where I can't drink, and I know what they are. We were driving on shrooms and smoking pot. My buddy wanted to do another bowl, and I said "If we do another bowl, I won't be able to drive." I know the exact times I can't drive and when I can't. But my driving abilities is not what is in question here. I don't understand why I react the way I do to certain batches. The time I blacked out the first time, and this past time, it was the same feeling. I just was able to keep myself from passing out this past time. I have bipolar Disorder, could that be it? I have no fucking clue, and everyone I ask has no idea either.
Damn, that post is really confusing. Sorry. I took an adderall this morning, and I just took another one so I can study (I have ADD, I'm not abusing it). I think I was just not paying attention when I typed that.
If you are having difficulties maintaining yourself (unpredictable reactions that you mentioned) on shrooms while in a relatively safe, comfortable place, then being in mountainous terrain while on shrooms doesn't sound like such a good idea.
i know driving isn't whats important here, but if you have trouble with different batches and you don't know what to expect, driving and trippin wouldn't be a good idea. not thats it's a good idea anyways. you can bullshit about knowing your limits when fucked up and driving, but one moment of inattention can cause a serious accidents. i'm saying this because two girls i knew got hit by cars and died. a woman got killed just over a week ago by a teenager who was drunk and driving. i saw a group of three drunk girls driving the other night, the driver nearly hit 4 lampposts as she drove down a straight street. i know this isn't you, but chances are you'll get into an accident when impaired at some point, even if you thought you were sober enough to drive.
just do it man, you'll be safe. thats what we have survival insticts for. just dont take a heroic dose i guess.
yea man make sure you have a tent or some sort of place to lay down or something but other than that it sounds like it would be an amazing experience. and i know what you're talking about with knowing your limits, its the same way for me, but either way drivin while trippin sounds like a bad idea.

I was asking about the black outs and the way that I react to shrooms. I couldn't give two shits what you guys think about my driving habits, so lay off. I appreciate the thoughts, but I honestly am going to drive whenever I damn well please. So quit lecturing me, and if you have any idea about why certain batches make me react certain ways, do tell. If not, then shut the hell up.

I'll drive stoned but NEVER even think about it while trippin. I don't have a licence or permit but I sometimes take my parents car for a pin, or they will let me drive out in the country.

My stupidity? I like how whenever people, such as yourself, don't agree with other people, then those people are determined to not only be wrong, but unintelligent. Taking a page out of that children's book, one could say that you are "stupid" for starting an unnecessary argument that didn't involve you to begin with, or that you are "stupid" for telling people who do drugs that something they do is stupid. Trust me, we hear enough of it, it's nothing new. One could also say that your reply to this will be turned right back around at you and used for ammunition, so I'd say choose them wisely. The fact is that I have never gotten in a wreck, never been pulled over, never gotten in trouble for anything illegal, never harmed another human being directly or indirectly because of my decisions. So I'd say I'm doing a pretty damn good job of not messing anything up thus far. I said I know my limits, and I do. If I can't drive, I don't, and there have been times where I haven't. I was under the impression this term was restricted to females below the age of 14. You come into a forum about psychoactive drugs, which are illegal and potentially dangerous, and are scolding me for doing something that is illegal and potentially dangerous. Now that, to me, just doesn't make a gosh darn bit of sense, but you seem to have a pretty good grip on things, so we'll roll with it. I appreciate your comment, Guardian. Pardon me getting defensive when people start to talk trash about my life, when they have no idea at all. Sure you can say i did the same, saying you might not be able to drive while tripping, but that just seemed to be something that shouldve been said. And of course it depends on how much you eat and all but when you are hallucinating on psychedelic mushrooms you cannot be sure to be aware of your surroundings. The amount of posts I have doesnt mean anything, ive been here for 10 months i just dont comment as much as others. I'd also like to add that this is my 2nd language so i apologize if I can't live up to your standards. I only drove on batches that had no visuals whatsoever. If there are visuals this time, there's not a chance in hell I will drive until I am capable of doing so. Never a good idea to drive while on hallucinogens- its your decision, yes, but it makes the drug community look irresponsible and reckless. And that is what the government loves- because that is precisely how they justify the criminalization of drugs. No need to give them what they want, right?
Like I just said, if I have visuals, I won't think about driving. But 3 out of the 4 times I've tripped, there were no visuals. Just the euphoria and a little mind expansion.
