but you never know, maybe the excitement of smoking up with you will have me trippin like it was my second time!

and apparantly i am randomly everywhere... so who knows when i'll show up in your hood.

and i insight a bowl to come because i am still sober!

Swimming stoned is super.

haha. i love my city and province tooo much to leave. though i do have a few friends in philly.. so a visit will be in order someday. who knows when though.

i don't have a pool, but dartmouth is the "city of lakes", so theres always a lake nearby to jump into. lots of woods, alot of good hiking, and most people are verry nice. not to mention i love the view of the harbour/halifax at night <3, or the day, either way it's sweet ass.

insight: why have an insight when you can have an outsight?

without insight, you cant really appreciate an outsight ;-) looking within teaches you about truth and ultimate reality.

i also think it´s important to try to manifest your insights on the outside, so they can be shared with the world. what´s the use of only keeping that to yourself? i admit that i´m not very good at it, but most of the time, it seems like people dont really want to know. when someone asks you "hey, how´s it going?" that probably dont really want to KNOW how it´s going. it´s used as more of a greeting (at least in the US).
i just cut off my dreads of 5.5 years and when people ask me why i did it, i´ll give them a list of "reasons" but i havent really told anyone WHY yet. it´s something that i cant explain in the 30 seconds we´re talking. (i guess i do a lot of bullshiting with people at work - a convenience store - so conversations only last for a very short time.). i think i just answer to satisfy their questions, but dont go into my real feelings about it.

aside from all that insighting... here´s a stoned thought i had yesterday:

death puts you into a different consciousness. not your death, but the death of another person. when someone close to you dies, your mental state changes. you start to see things differently because that death pulls you out of your everyday being. i think it helps you to appreciate life even more.
then think about other things in life that change your consciousness. ever get a sudden feeling or a different way of perceiving something that seemingly comes out of nowhere? what caused that?

i´m just too stoned to be able to not reply to a lot of things people said...

it´s like the 5 skandhas in buddhism (the 5 aggregates that make up our being). basically: form, feelings, perceptions, impulses, consciousness. ask yourself this question: who are you? ... and try to answer with "I am..."
no matter what your answer, how is that "you?" show me where there is a concrete thing that is "you." it can´t be done. we´re constantly changing, so how can there be a permanent sense of an "I"/"you"?
As i recall, every cell in your body will renew itself at least every 7 years. i forget where i heard/read that, and i forget exactly what it said, but i´m only able to sum up the idea. so since your physical body changes at least every 7 years, you´re not exaclty like how you were when you were a kid. so your "form" cant be a permanent sense of "you." same with everything else. they´re always changing.

all we are is a collection of these things. when we´re created, these aggregates come together, interact for a while, then dissipate from eachother (death).

an agrument against this is the sense of a soul or a permanent, lasting entity, such as in Christianity. but like i said, the 5 skandhas are a concept that comes from buddhism, so to compare the two is like comparing apples and oranges.

good insight. death really does change your mental state and the way you go about life, just over a year ago, a friend of mine was crossing a crosswalk, got hit by a car, and died the next morning in the hospital.
this changed everything for me, from how careful i am when crossing the street to appreciating all that i can.
and i agree about the small talk, that irritates me alot, when people say "how are you", your response could be "good," "pretty good", or "not bad".
i worked in a smoke shop for awhile, and smokers are bitch when they don't have their fix.
i stopped even saying "hi there" or whatever when they came, in because 90% of the time the answer was "good, i'll have a pack of ...." but the odd time a nice regular would come in (i knew what over 30 people smoked, so alot of people never even had to ask for what they wanted) and have a good ol conversation about the weather or quitting smoking.

insights are much more important that outsights, i just didn't have an insight to share at the moment because my thoughts are too clouded.

Today I played catch with my dog, and I realized just how much we were communicating there, as he'd look up and watch my eyes as a clue to where I'd throw the ball. It felt weird for some reason to communicate with this animal I know so well, because it seems like the first time I've acknowledged it as conscious communication. It also felt weird experiencing how difference in looking at a dog as opposed to a human. There are human qualities there like a desire to be accepted and to feel comfortable, but the thought process is so different and so less sophisticated to me, but still not less worthy of life.

Regardless of an animal's mental capacity, he she or in between (some animals do not have gender) are individuals with their own thoughts, desires and fears.

You know, there's another realization I've had while typing this. Our language recognizes males and females as individuals with a gender, but something that isn't either is verbally lumped into the "it" category, alongside a rock or a desk. I mean even calling an animal an it, something most of us do, is pretty harsh.

all of life is social networks. when we are born our immediate social network is our family. as we age we gain new social networks of younger friends. then move to middle school, another set of networks, to high school, to college, and as we age social networks collapse, the oldest ones besides family usually disappear. everything we know, our clothing style, how we talk, how we do our hair, what interests we have are all programmed by these networks.

all of life is social networks.

Einstien must have smoked ganj. If you read about him all the signs are there: Daydreaming, trouble in school, and all the crazy theories he came up with. I am convinced he smoked. 100% convinced.

Life=Death and Death=Life. For something to be born, something must die. For something to live, something must die. But once something dies, it gives birth to new life. It's cosmic

Also, WATCH "PLANET EARTH" WHILE STONED! I swear to God you will be amazed! It is mind blowing while stoned out of your mind. You will get a million awsome stoner thoughts and will love it!

insight that still creeps me out when thinking about it: WE HAVE NEVER SEEN OURSELVES! i mean, we've seen ourselves in a mirror, or picture, on camera... but there was never a time where we were just walking down the street and got to see ourselves. we never know what we really look like. we can look at pieces of ourselves, but never the whole. never our faces. what do i look like? we can never really know.... the only way i can think of is people having an out of body experience but its hard/near impossible to have those.

yes i agree with this! "for every action there is an opposite and equal reaction" from LIGHT comes DARK, from DARK comes LIGHT... from DAY comes NIGHT, from NIGHT comes DAY... from WET comes DRY, from DRY comes WET.. and back again. the world is round everything in it is all interconnected. opposites are all on the same line, meaning they are one in the same just different extreme manifestations of one singularity. from life comes death from death comes life.

Well you can see the woman version of you! lol 4 years ago me and my friend went to an arcade that we used to go to every weekend and we met these two girls there. They were like the exact girl versions of us. It was creepy. They kind of even looked like us. One of them was tall, skinny, and hyper (like my friend) and the other was short, heavier, quiet, and laid back (like me). They both came there to play the saem games we wanted to play too. It was seriously freaky.
