drew barrymore has a third nipple, located on her chin. check it out the next time you see some chick flick with her in it.
hell no it's not a UK thing. I've been to one. It was pretty sick, but then I moved from philly to the middle of no where Nothing happens there, especially not raves. But I party alot at college! lol
the Raving scene is dead, i dunno about elsewhere but in Canada, and British Columbia especially, the true ravers dont come out too often, it's mostly young kids and druggies who attend now and when i say true ravers, yes these people took E, and yes they came to raves, but these people lived a whole lifestyle around raving, all they did was come to dance and have a good time now u go and u see fights, people oding, and just skids with that said i've only been to like 3-4 raves
I love to zone out and dance. But if an old fucker such as myself went ,the youngins' would probably think I was a narc and gimmie a thumpin'.Always been a dancin' fool--just half that now.The fool part.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- where i am partys are how they should be its about the music, the skills of the dj espeshaly in jungle, stacking to some phat tuneage and having a well good time with your mates, and oh yer getting high but thats no different to other nights. here it aint just kids iv stacked it up with 40 odd year olds. it does matter who you are, where you come from, what you look like, when your at a party you meet so many new people who you will proberly never see again yet while your there everyone talks like there good friends cause you all have in comman that your there to have a good time.=]
i used to be a candy kid for the peeps in CT, i know you cant imagine somone like me being the most friendly person in the room. anyway being the candy kid rocks, everyone is looking for you, an you get the best X but i just sold the shit i got at raves, i never take X i get from strangers. besides i was good friends with this guy who was a manufacturer, so i got good shit for cheap. but he got busted so i fell out of the scene. im always looking in RI though
i LOVE raving. i love glowsticking. i love house, trance, progressive, some tribal, minimal, deep whatever man i love alot of different types of dance music. i dont have to roll to rave either. i just get into the beats and the sounds. LOVE it. hardcore. i went to Ultra in '06 and it was the SHIITTTT!!!!
btw, makesmomcry420, lol, the haircut you have in yur sig (if that's you), is exactly what i was trying to get my damn stylist to dooo!!!! i need to take a pic of u to her! i'm serious. i'm so gonna print it out and take it to her. that's exactly what i wanted and she didnt GET IT!
I don't like candy kids and tweakers... so no.. i personally hate raves... and most house/trance/psy/goa/whatthefuckeverelse music sucks.. imo
I just hate the music there, don't think I could enjoy it without a shitload of ex clouding my judgement...
The free party scene is very much alive and well in the UK despite constant victimisation and draconian police tactics. In the summer I don't bother with clubs and the party season is just starting now. I was in fact going to a hardtek outdoor party tonight but need to wait for my friend to come back from London. My mates and I have a soundsystem and do our own outdoors a few times a year, mainly playing psychedelic trance, breakcore and progressive. The opinion that it's always techno music is wrong as well. We have put on bands in forests and other places and in our chill tents we have dj's and a load of instruments so people are free to jam or whatever. And with regards to the age thing, in the psy scene you have folk from all walks of life and ages from 18 y.o. college kids to professional 60 y.o. old skool types, it's a very inclusive atmosphere. some photo's: me on the left making that crazy tekno acid beat last summer This one was on a paintball arena. Just out of shot but the system in next to a fkn massive tank! Happy people And people dancing under paragliders at Innerfield soundsystem party... Bring on the parties!!!
Big up the free party crew. My friend organises a monthly night in Nottingham called Misst. Nottingham has a few good nights going quite reguarly. Bring on the summer, the summer of raving.
