I got arrested today for the first time ever and they searched my whole car and my purse EXCEPT for one compartment in my purse that had about an 1/8 in it. They found one of my pipes and arrested me on a paraphenalia charge but never found the weed. Thank God.

Anyway, they did not ask to search but thanks for assuming I'm stupid and told them to when I was holding. They fucking ransacked my car and dumped out everything in my purse but didn't unzip one pocket that had my stash and my favorite bowl in it. So at least after the arrest I could celebrate 420
If you specifically told them they could not search, and they don't have evidence for probable cause to search, then you can possibly get any evidence they found thrown out in court. talk to your lawyer about it!
my 420 miracle was better. we were at the mcdonalds drive through and we were getting our food and we asked the dude "having a good holiday?" he said hell yea. then we asked him if he could hook us up with a free milkshake. he just nodded without even thinking and said "sure" then went and got us a free milkshake.
obviously you've never been in the situation. if a cop pulls you over & he says he smells bud, even if he really doesn't, that gives him probable cause to search, tough guy.
Cops can do w/e they want. I was watching an episode of cops when they pulled this dude over and was gonna search him, he goes "you dont have probable cause" the cops laughed it off and started to search his car.
No he had probable cause. My friend literally lit a blunt right in front of him and he ransacked my car looking for that blunt but never found it. It was just in his pocket
you were ARRESTED for paraphernalia? do you live in Nevada or something? in california if you have paraphernalia or under a 1/2 oz of weed all you get is a ticket
kinda what im wondering........if your over 18 in my state and get a paraphanelia charge it is just a ticket(quite a pricey ticket tho). If you have bud on you and they find it it's a different story.
