A Bosnian Serb film director, was also in a rock band!?...! The two films that turned me on to him was a friend suggesting I watch "Underground" and "Life is a Miracle". I strongly suggest everyone have a look at either, or both, of these amazingly off the wall fantastical trips into the strange world of an unstable central Europe... with plenty of humour chucked in! on wikipedia
