some wierd anti-bong theory

it was mentioned recently but being a stoner ive forgotten..

saying that theres more tar per thc ration in a bong than joint.. therefor saying that water absorbs thc better than it does tar and stuff. well most of us recon that its complete bullshit and makes no sense wahtsoever... but whered it come from? and waht was the explination for the experiemental results?

If it was actualyl correct then it would be a very big and well known subject! it would go to say that stoners have been doing the wrong thing for hundreds of years, dispite getting more stoned off less weed from bongs and having better feeling lungs...

The problem is NIDA-supplied weed. It's comprised mostly of leaves, which are mostly tar anyhow, and is remarkably unpotent.

That will defintitely lead to fucked up results in THC:TAR ratios.

I thought the bong/water pipe was invented in the sixties? Or was it just brought here(amerikkka) in the sixties? But no, i didnt even think thc was very soluble at all in water. Just more government bullshit.

But speakin of stoners doing this wrong....iver heard several times from government officials that "we" are losing the war on drugs. So this means that a bunch of drugged out stoners are winning the war on drugs. We arent even fighting, we just do drugs. Shows you something about the leadership of this country.

 

THC is not water soluable, and I believe the same is true for the other cannabanoids. Which is why you need to dissolve it in butter when you want to cook with it, or alcohol to make a beverage. Being that it's fat soluable, that also explains why it stays in the body so long.

Bongs may or may not absorb tar very well, but it doesn't absorb THC.

water pipes have been used in middle eastern culture for centuries, lol maybe not with weed tho :& but, hash has been around for quite a while, in those places, and that was generally smoked out of water pipes. i dont know the time frame though.
