Hi. recently ive moved to a new house and i have a grow room height of 45". i have a 400w hps fan cooled shade.
after the pots are in there and the plants kept away from the light distance.
i can only grow a plant of a height just over 2 feet.

maybe i should get some envirolites, im not sure. should i use a hps or envirolite.
    in this height?
what sort of dryed bud would i get from each plant with 2 200w envirolites. in a 1m/square
can any one reccomend a good strain which grows very short. apart from low ryder. im looking to get a strain that does feminized seeds..

    has anyone have any ideas?

    thanks guys..

Don't mess with lowryder. The yeilds suck, the bud is nothing special, and it's overrated. If you're gonna grow weed then you should be growing good shit, not weed that ends up getting you as high as beasters does.

if you use the hps in there you couldhave some problems with light bleaching so I'm not really sure if you could grow anything. Just make sure you don't go over 75 watts per square foot.

Just buy a pure indica that stays really short if you are pressed for space. And if you have an entire house then use a closet. With that light and a small box to keep mothers you could be pulling over a qp EASILY every three monthes. I have a pretty much the same light but mine is in a closet and I never have to worry about space.

I say to go with lowryder. I got some lowryder to grow for later this year.
    after I move.

I mean lowryder mey not be the best shit. but it is for sure better than the swag/dirt street weed.
I have smoked lowryder once and it was pritty good.

or go with hamsammichs vbmenu_register("postmenu_3183315", true); info it is great. you could go with indica and put it in a closet. like he said. and you could also bend and tie the plant over to the side of the pot.
then all the branches and buds will grow up to the light.
and if you do it right then by the time of harvest ur plant should be kind of flat.

I have a full sativa plant in a 1 foot hydro bubbler system. and I tied it over to the side of the bucket about 2 weeks ago and now its growing kind of flat with 20-30 buds growing on it and they are all the same size too.
heres what it looks like when tied down.

in the first pic I put 2 pix togeather as 1. It shows both the front of the plant and the back of the plant Tied down to keep the hight of the plant short.
the 2ed pic is of the plant back when it was just starting to flowering and it shows her tied down also.

well good luck with whatever you do.

strawberry cough does well as a small plant and come feminized
also you can use just about any indicas just induce flowering at 8 inches instead of 12''
and if they still start to grow to large bend and tie them down

Well, where I come from strain and weed names don't mean crap, so I just suggest growing technique, to make it shorter. Trimming, topping, all that good stuff. Even some bonsai techniques.

Well you're ignorant then. When you're growing and buying from a seed bank, strain means everything. Not like when you buy a bag.
