Don't get yourself down in the complaining thread, come in and celebrate! What's making you really happy today?

 

I'm happy today because I had a productive day working on my novel and writing seems all the more worthwhile an activity after winning that competition and getting a performance slot at Eastern Haze.

 

Although i've had a cold (refer to rant thread ) the summer air seems to have lifted my spirits, can't wait till the summer rains and thunderstorms set in (i love them )

 

I picked up my banjo for the second time since I got it for Christmas, and learnt 3 chords!

There's still good people out there. I was reminded of that today.

 

I've been offered a job interview for next week! Wahay!

 

I've had a really lovely couple of days. Spent two nights in Chippenham and went to London to see "Wicked" at the Apollo, which was fantastic. I also got to catch up with a friend who has recently moved to Croydon. So, it's been pretty cheery.

 

MY FIRST POST & i go to Canada to see my travelling buddy in less than two weeks yeeeeaaahhh!!!!

What's making me happy today? The fact I have finally found a supply of high quality acid and mescaline That's pretty satisfying.

But what's making me really happy? The fact it's sunny and i'm taking long walks by the river in the evenings to watch the sun set and just be amongst the nature...It's so chilled out and there's a really nice vibe. I can watch the river and the reeds swaying about in breeze for hours. Heh, yeah man, i'm such a fucking hippie

Just got up after a night of celebrating my sons 20th birthday. Met a load of his friends and acted outrageous enough.
