which would you rather lose?

i am blown away...how can people give up a leg!!!????

 

leg, get a prosthetic, bam walking again

 

the same could be said about a hand...and without both fully functioning legs u couldnt run or even walk at a fast pace, not that ive ever had a prostetic

 

without my hands I die... I won't be able to play guitar or draw

 

I would rather lose an arm because it is really hard to surf with only one leg, even with a fake one. My friend's dad was born without one of his hands, and life isn't that much harder for him.

 

A leg..... at least I can jam a 2x4 or whatever piece of wood I have into the stump and still get around. Missing an arm I'm fucked!

okay, ive gone without every limb, in assorted combinations...but i find, that if one is to go without, i would definatley say the head, or perhaps the heart and just keep it...save it for wen u lose one

A leg. I've known a couple of people with only one 'real' leg. They got along fine. Saw a guy,on tv, run a race with two prosthetic feet and legs. Don't get me wrong, I love my legs and feet. I can use my toes to grab things. But there's not as much technology and development of hand prosthetics.

It's interesting to read some very non-chalant answers. WhenI was six-years-old I broke my left arm severely and went to a hospital. My arm was set incorrectly and I developed gas gangrene. My arms was gutted - losing all the muscle and one of the bones. I lost use of it and have lived with a pretty deformed remainder ever since. In September, I was involved in an accident that that shattered my right shoulder and had that arm immobile until about two months ago. I'm just getting use back and it's a long road ahead.


It's an interesting poll. I don't know why, but something about it just irks me.

 

Being a guitarist, I would rather loose a leg. Specifically my right leg. My left leg helps me keep time when i'm learning a new piece.

 

I voted for losing a leg. It'd be easier to adapt to things, I think... Without both arms, I don't know what I'd do.

 

Well. i voted for my arm. Just because with 1 leg theres no way im runnin from the 5.0. I guess i could roll in the wheel chair if it was down a hill or something. But then I thought how would i roll. And light the bowl. I would be screwed with one hand. My friends are all shitty rollers and they say I roll the "perfect blunts" so they need me. Im gona have to say leg just for smoking purposes.

I picked a leg coz they have pretty good prosthetics for legs these days... I couldn't survive w/o my arms! lol

 

an arm. but then i would want an automail prostetic like on fullmetal alchemist.
