Well, you don't necessarily need to have had sex to have an excuse to get tested. If you've had oral sex, it would be smart to get tested. Also, if HE has had sexual intercourse/oral, he should, too. Better to be safe than sorry. I highly doubt you're pregnant from dry sex, but I'm not familiar with the situation. Whatever makes you comfortable-- like I said, better to be safe than sorry.
