Exema (sp?)

Anyone know any natural remedy for it apart from using the creams from the chemist?

 

No. I had it, but when I moved from a very poluted california city, to michigan, it cleared up. So, you may conciter moving, maybe not to another state but to a cleaner environment that might help.

 

but u live in ireland so u have no idea what I am talking about. lol

 

I sometimes get exczema. I recommend salt baths and cortizone cream.

 

Elidel cream is great, and steroid free.

BTW, it is eczema.
