The Time Has Come .... .... [(the walrus said)]

I came to a realization, about my self and drugs, and I reached that moment in my life where you realize which path you take. I'm over with drugs. I'm not swaring them off for life, but I'm getting rid of my stuff, smoked my last bowl at 5 32 AM overlooking the lake at one of the provincial parks around my house. My anti drug is Jennifer Beals. Why? I don't know. I was stoned a few days ago and I saw a picture of her and I just thought... okay. The time has come, close up shop, blow this popsicle stand. So I'm retiring from marijuana, the only drug I do anymore. cutting it out of my life saves me so much. perhaps another moment like that will come along and it will be time for me to start again. im not condemning it, but I feel good now, knowing that theres a clear path, and thanks to jennifer beals' beauty, I wont be stumbling down it laughing at everything. I will probably miss it and want it again, but it's the same with my veggie diet, I stick to it. I tried quitting before, but I wasnt ready. Now I am.
Drug free since yesterday afternoon. And so begins my life.
I hope for everyone on the 4ums that thety have one of these experiences, one of these moments, not about drugs per say, but it just feels amazing to finally have some sort of clue, a direction, a hint, when everything in life is a choice and a chance, its like someone making the right decision for you.

i have lots of anti-drugs. even though ive only smoked pot like 3 times. i quit. good for u. one of my anti drugs is the rest of my life like u said and also god. ya im a loser.............

I don't want to hurt feelings, but i have to Keep It Real (haha): this sounds cheezy. Projecting all your hopes and esteem on these kind of external things doesn't seem healthy.

Quitting is not somerthing you can say your doing after doing teh drug yuve done lots. u can only go 'ok im quitting' after youve already had liek two weeks wihtout it.

anyway teh worst thing is when ppl quit and they tryn make youquit. fuck that pissesme off, a friend has been doing it.
