    I would say that is difficult to choose they all made the 60's groovy....)
    martin luther king jr made an impact which still resonates into the peace movement
    jimmy hendrix and janis are great but being a deadhead I also miss jerry garcia....

    well its hard to choose because some people on that list were extremely important for what they were a part of (like music, politics, civil rights, ect.)

    i pick (from the list) either MLK jr, Janis Joplin, or Jimi Hendrix (all heros to me)

    He's not my favorite of the whole decade, but I voted for Jimi Hendrix.
