breakfast: coffee 175 cal soup 115 toast 150 =440 cal (seems like so many calories for so little food!) snack: chocolate banana protein shake =200 calories lunch: tuna sandwich: 270 cal cookie: 160 cal =430 calories 1,070 so far for today and I still have a meal to go. I am getting really anal about my meal planning, so since I already know what I'm having for dinner, I'll go ahead and post the calories for that too. :tongue: dinner: two small black bean burritos with a side of broccoli: 375-400 calories And I'll probably have a cookie or apple w/a bit of peanut butter for dessert: 150-160 cal All that for a total of approximately 1,600 calories for the day.

I've been horrible. Just grabbing what I can when I have time. I need to start brining my lunch because my area at work has nothing but a ; Church's Chicken, a Batter Up (both of which I would never dream of eating at) and a starbucks. So I've been hitting the mochas and bagels pretty hard. I am very proud of myself! I'll try to add another fruit or veggie before I go to bed too.
I did OKAY today. Am going to try and do better tommorow. Lace_and_feet 's posts and gtallery inspired me to really get down to it. I'm a tall girl too and it is amazing how good us tall girls look when we are thin (no offense to you petite princesses!). sorry i have been absent for a while. I have a project to do for college. yesterday frosties fruit salad 1xbannana, 4xstrawberries, 5xblueberries, 1xbranch of green grapes, 1x branch of red grapes. spagetthi bolognse with melted cheese lots of water suppressed my appetite oh and the fruit salad is very very filling, believe me, make sure you try some. you two eat more than me weight 90.6 loss 1kg
Do you mean, we eat more often than you do or we eat more calories than you do? Hard to tell if you're not posting your daily calorie values.
I ate breakfast today (banana w/non-hydro "natural" PB, and green tea), and it seems to be staying down! Just wanted to share that with y'all, it might seem lame, but it feels like a triumph! I'm trying to get in the habit of drinking tea every morning, and so far I think it helps. I'm really looking forward to having a selection of mature herb plants, so I can make it fresh every day (yum!). Not sure about the calorie values, but with the peanut butter it's probably somewhere in the 'hood of 300... I'm going to take it easy and not get too active or anything for a while, in hopes that it'll all stay good. If I get hungry later (before dp gets home for dinner) I've got leftover rice and stir-fry from the other night.
Well, I did not keep to my no Starbucks promise yesterday. But, in my defense I had only anticipated going into work for 3 hours and ended up being there for 10, so pasta salad just wasn't doing it (who am I kidding I didn't even the veggies in it)! I am off for Spring Break and comp time the rest of the week so I will be able to do better-hopefully! 1,350 for yesterday arghhhh ): I should have fitted in another meal or at least some fruits and veggies. Well I did really bad yesterday. I had a pot of coffee and about 6 or 7 vodka tonics. This morning I have just had coffee as well. I just have no appetite.

I'm 5'5 and 185 (yikes), but starting today i'm giving up soda and junk food (my weakness). so far today I've had A small grilled cheese a glass of coke and a small amount of munchies chips (like less than half a cup (measuring cup) full I'm going to buy a gym membership and start going to the gym everyday for an hour each day with my brother. My goal is by the end of the summer to build more mussel but be down to around 120-130.
