You ran away and carried your fears
But with it brought only tears
Running away is the answer, yes?
This is you
You're cold, you're starving and yet go on
You don't come home, are you never wrong?
You write me a story, a thought, a poem
At last you say you're coming home
This is you
You can't come back you're way too far
I miss your stubborness and guitar
But please, this is your chance to be free

This is my first poem I have ever really made. Please tell me if it's good. Does anyone know what this poem is about?

 

It's about growing up and leaving home and yes in my humble opinion it's a good poem, but I'm not an expert….
