in australia the age is 18. if that is broken the maximum penalty is 14 years

 

age of concent is 18 but if the person is 18,19 the other person can still be 3 years younger but if both are under 18 then no problem

 

In Texas, it's 18, and a former coworker of mine said his cousin at age 13 was arrested on sex charges for screwing around with afemale cousin 8 years old, and this 13 year old is now about 20 and is under Texas law a pedophile, but how can a 13 year old kid be a pedophile? It's someone over 18 molesting someone who's 13 years old and younger that by definition makes someone a pedophile.

Um, as far as I'm aware if you're the same age. . . ain't no crime there. Even if you fucked a 15 yr old, it's just two years and you're both minors. I'd be very surprised to find there's a law against that.

 

THis might sound bad but I had only realised there was a very big difference between age of consent. I got this music album bearing the same name, Age of Consent. It actually had the details of what country and how old etc.

I think that in Britain, it would be treated as a minor offence. I believe the age of consent in this country is 18. We have since moved on from the early 80's, so pre age of consent activity might not be treated with such seriousness in the UK. But with other countries, it may not be so.

 

in South Australia the legal age of consent is 17

 

last time I checked here in the florida if one of you is under the age of 18 and there is less than a five year difference then it is legal but once both parties are over 18 then you can screw a 90 year old if you wanted


in other words if your 16 he/she is 12 then it is legal

but you know check before you do any but if am pretty sure I'm right
