and i'm wondering why the fuck they put guitars on these singers if all they're going to do is wear it while waving their arms around and singing.

This girl that was here for a while would put on country videos now and then. One day I was pissey and went and turned it off. I cannot tolerate that crap (the new country, some of the old is okay)- It really is so horrible that just the thought of it upsets me.

Not a country music fan. I mean don't get me wrong, not all of it is bad, but I just don't care for country.

 

one thing I noticed about country videos is that they are 10 years behind on videos..... things they perfected in mainstream rock and hiphop videos, they finally bring into country music videos at least 10 years after the fact, and they consider them vanguard..... lol.

 

but I love to get my shitkickers on and dance to a bit of some rockin country tho. yeeehaw!

 

me too. there's so shit makes me wanna kill someone, but a lot of it is just plain fun. toby keith makes me laugh my ass off. and josh turner's darker and smoother than molassis voice (singing all romantic & stuff) makes me melt. it's the only type of music where people are having a GOOD time, partying, not taking themselves seriously or thinking they're personally gonna save the world with their 3 minute contribution. i like fun stuff. i like a lot of stuff, country is one of those things. though i used to nearly get into fistfights with my friend / coworker jerald aguirre for having country music on all the time. i FUCKING HATED THAT SHIT. but i've changed, or music has. bt i still hate most of the female singers. they're too nasal. execpt carrie underwood.

I think its funny when country stars try to do a hiphop or rap song, while they are country. thats a hoot!

especially that song "country tonk be dunke dunk" or whatever the hell it is
