its my friends Birthday and we are out of weed and all the people who we usually buy from are out as well... we need ideas of who and where to get it from in a preety small town if you guys dont mind.

Why not have some kind of small sober celebration today, and wait until another day to have an all out high/drunk day in honor of him? How good of a birthday is it going to be when you spend the whole day running and calling around looking for weed?
