I made dinner at my mums tonight. I went to the shops to buy Lincolnshire sausages to make Toad in the Hole with buttery mash, peas and peppered gravy. I got the recipe from the net :drool: It took me an hour to prepare this feast and I had a load of beer while I was cooking away. Well everyone kept talking to me awhile I cooked and I served everything up only to find I was one plate short.. I slaved for over an hour to get this meal to perfection and I didn't even get to eat it lol ! My cousin is making me a catfish curry this weekend so all isn't a complete loss..
i'm not a pudding fan, my gramma tried to turn me on to it. it's just a whole lotta nuthing. catfish curry sounds awesome, if it's not whitiefied curry.
I <3 my puddings :drool: I think you'd actually enjoy my Toad in the Hole if I cooked for you. I modified the recipe with herbs and extra butter. The catfish curry sounds awesome. She's going to cook me a huge catfish with Scotch Bonnet peppers. My cousin is magic in the kitchen!
why ddint someone just share theirs with you? thats awfully rude of your guests, imho. idve laughed then cut a third off of mine and given it ti you and hopefully a couple others wouldve done the same and ta-dah youre fed. but catfish curry sounds good
