well i just ran out of shampoo recently and my hair i starting to get smelly, im kind of limited here, ive seen people talking of salt water and lemon juice and others, but all i have is salt and lemon juice, could i use just this to get the smelly out, if so can i have the proportions and all of that....i dont even think i have a spray bottle, help pleeease
i used to mix salt, lemon juice and water in a spray bottle and would soak my hair with it, then wash it out, it would tighten my locks up nice and should smell nice too, but make sure you get it all out or your hair will be salty and weird =)
i dont have- money a job a ride a clue where to get some in my area and so on and rinsing isnt great cause where im staying at now has smellywater and i dont know if that will sta in the hair
i could...but im not a stealy kinda guy, oh phooey im all out of ideas....i guess i could always get another job
Is the baking soda thing similar to shampoo? I had a hard time getting it out of my scalp though. On the days I don't shampoo, I just rinse it out while I'm showering and scrub really well. I've used Ivory before I found out it had tallow in it. blech. It does get you clean though...I don't think it leaves residue. And it's super cheap.
you could see if any neighbors have a rosemary plant, or lavender, or even mint. if they do and they'll let you, grab a couple of handfuls and put in a basin. boil some water and pour it on the herbs leave it to cool then rinse your dreads and scalp
dude, just wash them with soap, thats what i do. rub the bar in your hands, then rub your hands in your hair then rub the dreads all around and rinse. that is, if you have nice natural soap.
