Is breaking curfew enough reason to be searched?

Its not about the parents letting their kid going out its about the kids sneaking out and being detained.

 

i drive, and everyone under 18 wil say they dont have id but are over 18. no problem

but why did the 18 yr old spend a night in jail? shit

Curfews suck. My one friend is 16, and since he has probation for domestic vioelence, his curfew is 9pm, even on weekends. He's not even allowed to spend the night at someone's place.

 

the 18 year old only spent the night in jail but i think he may have either been high or they just got him for one of those bullshit laws since he was in the car with em and was old enough to go to jail, and talkin about the stupid ass laws im pretty sure theres still a law around here that if u steal someones horse u can get hung lol

 

im pretty sure lynching is still legal in some state down here. not positive tho.

 

I used to think Britain was a pretty strict country but FUCK that, America seems like a fucking prison.

 

It is a prison, curfews are ridiculous.
