Have you ever gotten your pipe smached...?

...by a cop?


Around where I live if a cop finds your piece he/she will smash it in front of you.

 

If all that happened was I got a piece broken I would be happy. Laws here are pretty stiff.

 

It's never happened to me but I know people of many ages who have had this happen.


I think they take your weed too.

 

My friend once got pissed and threw my glass piece against a brick wall, thus shattering it.


$90 piece too!

Ah well, he bought me a quarter of nugget and a new pipe for payback.

Im farily sure they cant do that. Thats destorying your property. I thought they were only supposed to confiscate your pot and pipe. Then arrest/fine/dowhatever to you. But damn, i bet you could find alot of good pot and pipes in a police station. Itd be pretty stupid to snoop around tho.

 

One time my friends got pulled over for speeding. The cop found their pipe, traces of mj, beer (all of them were obviously drunk), plus the cop found white powder in the trunk (no it was not cocaine). By some unknown miracle the cop let them go........... only forcing them to smash their pipe and confiscating the remaining beer. How lucky were they?

my freinds a reatrd and we spent 30$ on this stupid ity bity pipe , and wen he was stoned he had it on his lap and was sitting down, then he stood up and fell to the hard ground and shattered SOO sad we coulda spent that money on bud but he we spend it on a pipe and he breaks it FIRST day

 

my buddy just had a run in with the police last night. they found his weed and pipe, but they made him smash the pipe in front of them. they also took his weed and a really nice nug jug. sooo bumed

 

They can't legally do that, but they do it anyways.


They don't here. They confiscate it and search for marijuna residue in a lab.

The reason they can't legally do that is because they're not illegal untill they have herb in them.

 

I'm sorry but no cop would make me smash my pipe, its illegal, besides I never carry any smoke on me but sometimes I do carry a pipe and it never has a trace of anything in it, nor a smell, so I'm legal, i wisht thye would try to make me break my shit, law suit...... That pipe held special value........I think it was worth like 23423435 million dollars

 

I just lost my favorite glass piece the other night. Stoned accident on a ceramic tile floored bathroom.

anyway as if you wouldnt become a cop jsut so you could confiscate ppl's weed or, be a good cop and get all teh weed from the station, and distribute it

 

Yup I clean it before I carry it anywhere with me, I never smoke and drive although I know its fun as hell, I smoke it up and snort a good bit then head out, to go party or whatever, now the snort I do carry with me, the smoke I can just get somewhere else since its so easy to run across. Plus who wants to smoke their stash at home?

What alls legal in your country?

 

Why would the police bother sendging a pipe off to a lab to see if there was residue on it?? Have they nothing better to be doing. Such a waste of the average tax payers money. I also don't see how they can smash your bong, that's destruction of someone elses property.

 

You just don't understand the lengths some cops will go.

 

What's the point though it's not like they are going to get a conviction from a bit of residue in a pipe.
