What's your herbal/drug "agenda" look like?

Like what typa drugs/healing herbs do you use daily/weekly/monthly/yearly

For me its:

Daily:
Saint John's Wort- for anxiety/nervous tension (works WELL)

Salvia (chewed leaves or small dosage of my own tincture)- supposedly cures OCD symptomes and anxiety which i have a slight case of.

Yerba Mate- at least 3 cups a day. ( went through a 2 pound bag in 2 weeks)- beats the shit outta coffee

Weekly:
Weed (at least once a week- i strive to limit it to one, but its normally like 2-3)
Salvia smoked at high doses
Blue lotus (wine/tea)- LOVE IT!!!!!!

Herbs I use are the green/blue/purple/white sort, eating/drinking and smoking....daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. Love me some mary jawana.

I have used peyote on occasion, but it's strictly for spiritual guidance and I have only dosed out two times in my lifetime with peyote. I plan to do it more, but when and where are up in the air. I'll know the time is right when I need to.

 

Where do you get the herbs/how do you consume them?

 

saint johns wort= tea- can get it at most supermarkets
yerba mate= tea- get the good stuff from brazil not guaki or whatever
salvia= whole leaves or extract (iamshaman.com)
marijuana- well... duh

Not a real fan of damiana; it just made me depressed as fuck. SoaringEagle says it goes great if you roll it into a blunt with some weed.

Oh, and my daily regiment of herbs is........marijuana:spliff:

then like 10+ vitamins

 

Oh, and I guess I have some more. I drink ROCKSTAR energy drinks everyday. Rockstar contains the following:
Taurine
gingko biloba leaf extract
Guarana seed extract
Inositol
L-carnitine
Panax ginseng extract
Milk Thistle extract
Niacin

The daily value of each.

Other ROCKSTARS contain other shit like yerba mate and shit.

 

Rockstar Juiced is my prefered "energy" drink

although the sugars and shit in it make it worse for u then not

 

Have you tried the RockStar Juiced Guava? Them shits are wonderful. I usually drink the Diet Rockstar in the white can because it has no sugar, or the Rockstar ZERO in the blue can because it has twice the caff that other Rockstars have.

i havn't tried it with weed yet. but man, i woulda fucked a fire hydrent if my friend didnt pull me off of it

 

Rockstar Juiced!! I used to make sherbert freezes with those at work all the time, really really good if you can do it.

And what is this damiana that you speak of?

 

The guava can is purple. And trust me.....it's much better than the orange can. The Rockstar Zero's have 50% more caff than all of the other ones, too, but it doesn't taste as good.

The guava is the best.
