Hey there Tom plus what? I'm a musician too, been playing guitar for over 30 years….Glad you found us, have fun and stay as long as you want…. Allow me to extend the welcome mat….I know what it’s like to be a newcomer….You don’t really know what to say or how to act….Read some of the threads so you can get the gist of what topics are being discussed….When you feel comfortable jump right in and get your feet wet….Nobody here is going to "Flame" you (unless it’s necessary) lol….We get some assholes here who just want to stir up bad vibes and there are several (they go unnamed).…From what I’ve found so far is that we are one big family with many brothers and sisters….Once again the doors open come on in, open up your heart and mind, put on some groovy tunes, kick back and stay awhile….Peace, Love & Great Big Hugs, DDR Quote of The Day Jean Paul Sartre: "If you are lonely when you are alone, then you are in bad company."
Hi and thanks Dudley, I play drums mainly but i dabble in other stuff... like i just picked up my guitar whats been sitting around gathering dust for years gonna learn me some blues what are some nice chords for that? edit: its tom plus... well, have you seen a clockwork orange? they drink something called milkplus in that and i suppose i kind of meant that theres always more than meets the eye or somethin
Yes I've seen A Clockwork Orange several time and I know what you're talking about, the statue of the woman with milk comming out of her breast....Chords for the Blues, it's mostly a three chord progression, like E - A - B or G - C - D, Then you can throw in some 7ths, the blues were born with 7th chords....Listen to some of the blues greats like Robert Johnson, BB King, Buddy Guy, Muddy Waters, Jimmy Reed, Leadbelly, John Lee Hooker, etc.
well theres no milk coming out of my breast, but theres more than meets the eye as with anybody cheers to you
