a little help from your friends

i know this may sound stupid..but i am new to forums and i dont know too much about them.so can someone tell me how to add something that shows up below each post..and how to put a picture by your name...k thanks a lot

Hi. Are you talking about adding a picture to your signature? See where, just below my post it says, "I strive for a life of excellence, not perfection" -- is that where you want a picture? Or are you asking about putting a picture in a post, like this:

You may want to PM one of the MODS, Skip (Web Master) or Cerridwen and I'm sure that they'd be more than happy to walk you through the process....Welcome to The Hip Forums....Allow me to extend the welcome mat….I know what it’s like to be a newcomer….You don’t really know what to say or how to act….Read some of the threads so you can get the gist of what topics are being discussed….When you feel comfortable jump right in and get your feet wet….Nobody here is going to "Flame" you (unless it’s necessary) lol….We get some assholes here who just want to stir up bad vibes and there are several (they go unnamed).…From what I’ve found so far is that we are one big family with many brothers and sisters….Once again the doors open come on in, open up your heart and mind, put on some groovy tunes, kick back and stay awhile….Peace, Love & Great Big Hugs, DDR
