ok heres the problem lately, like the last 2 months or so i cant be happy. Im always feeling guilty about the past, and focusing on all the negative things ive done. I cant be happy. Im always socially withdrawn and really shy, there is this girl i like but i cant get my self to talk to her cause i just get all paranoid bout it(how do i look,will is sound stupid exc.). im basically feeling really guilty,lonely,and depressed. what shoud i do to focus more on the positive and about the whole girl thing?
I'm having issues myself--guilt over old behavioral patterns that have cropped up again--and the other feelings you mention figure into this as well. I think that you should just be yourself with this girl. She will be more comfortable when she senses you are relaxed with who you are.
well it's not easy to overcome such a state but possible the only thing ya need is a strong wish to change the situation shyness easily fought if ya often face situations whae ya have to overcome it and about the girl: smile at her and talk to her, do not fear it just do
Accept that you'll sound like a goof and look like one too. We all do when we talk to girls we like. Just do your best and hope she takes pity on your wretched soul. Fortunately, it usually works.

By saying you cant be happy thats exactly what your doing shutting down your happiness. We all have moments like this, no one is happy 100% of the time. What ever happened in the past you cant change that, but you can change your future. Be positive instead of focusing on the negativitie things in your life. Focus on what you have, and what you can have. And to help you to be in a positive mood a happy mood do what makes you happy. Go for a walk, hang out with your friends, cook, read.
