hey, me again with a nOOb question, as i said before i just bought a half ounce of greenery, and its in a double seal ziplock bag, now im not going to be going at it hardcore, so my stash will need to be able to last for a bit. Other than keeping it in an airtight jar, how can i preserve it so it doesnt dry out and lose its edge. thanks again guys

"dry out"? if your weed is really wet, its either beasters or it wasnt cured properly. some beasters can be completely dry, but most arent. im not saying it cant be cron, becasue there are some that are stickey as hell. anyways airtight container is all you can do. but if there wet you wana leave them out to dry for a bit, and they will smoke much better dry as well. Of course you dont do that if your selling because you will lose weight

beasters are low grade canadian bud that typically look good, but taste like chems and artificial nutes

crumbling is how dry you want it imo. ya just get a baby food jar mayn. like $1.50 at most for one big enough for a half
put it in a mason jar with an air tight seal...if it starts to dry out more then you want you can put some citrus peals in there with it but be careful not to leave them in for too long because you dont any mold to form. If your jar has a good seal you shouldnt need any peals and if it gets dry thats not necessarily a bad thing, breaks up easier and burns nicer. If your really anal about preserving the moisture content you can break it up between multiple small jars so you can go through one at a time and not have to open the same one all the time letting air get to your bud but that is probably a little unnecessary
how long are you trying to store it for? you shouldnt buy more weed than you'll smoke in a week or 2 max.
^^^ That's bollocks, man. I bought an ounce about 6 weeks ago. About to finish it (only about 3 grams left). It's still perfectly smokeable. Buying only enough weed to last you a week or two max is stupid. You spend more money and have the constant trouble of trying to source it. It's just like anything else - store it correctly and buy in bulk. It's cheaper and better in the long run.
If you don't want to airtight mason jar it, then I suggest you air tight seal the bag up otherwise it will turn to dust at the touch over time. Then store it in a cool dark place.
