Im sure many of you know of Societys ability to brianwash the public through the media; training people to act like robots. I live in Pleasent hill, Oregon and find it very difficult to find someone that isnt just a member of the flock of culture if you know what i mean. So ive joined this forum to find other people like me. Music is my life and i hope to find other musicans like me as well.

No, I totally understand what you're saying. I catch myself getting down about the media and their persistant misinformation. From their overbearing ammount of un-healthily thin looking woman and buff men to their bias news coverage... the media sucks period. I am a 20 year old sociology student and this is my modest opinion based on my observations. I learn a lot about the double sided media in most of my classes. You're not alone in your apathy my friend. But I guess I've just learned to be aware of my influences. If you're aware then you're less likely to fall into the zombie-dom of modern society. Its the best advice i've got to give. Take care of yourself. Fight the zombie-dom. And welcome!
i know what you mean man I live in a very Fad driven town, its hard to find people who want to be separate and different.
