Hey all, I've taken a hit of acid twice now, and decided I want to take a step forward. I wanna trip. But the question is, how much do I take? I bought 3 hits the other day, but I'm debating whether or not I should take two and then do three the next time. Like I said I'm basically a total newbie to this and would like some feedback. Also, if this helps, the only other drug I've done is weed. I live in Kansas, and a lot of the drugs that are sold here are coke, weed, and x. The main reason I chose to do acid though is because I know one of the few dealers in town, and together we kind of have a partnership on dealing it. I've seen scarface though so I figured I shouldn't follow in Tony's footsteps and do what I deal. Shrooms are sometimes available as well, but I figured not a whole lot can prepare me for something like lsd, so why not just do it? haha
You'll be fine with all three hits. You've already sampled some acid twice, so you know a little bit about what to expect. Just eat all three.
depending on the dose per hit the difference between 2 and 3 hits could be very significant. i would do 2 hits and next time do 3. most likely you would be fine to just take all three but seeing that you are a little hesitant i would suggest you work your way up.
i agree with TopNotch. i'd like to add that unless you're getting killer LSD, three hits isn't hardly anything.... even if it's decent, it's probably barely 150ug between all three. now, 150ug isn't necessarily a walk in the park, but.... i'd also like to add that if you are getting real fluff or something super strong, then you'll still want to take three in my opinion, weak trips are such a tease. i always prefer to take enough so that my mind's creative manifestations come looking for me and i simply can't hide from them.
Sometimes I dont mind a weak trip though, especially with mushrooms, even like 2 1/2 gram trips on regualr cubes gets me at least feeling good and speaking babble Dont get me wrong here I love losing it but every once in a while it gets to be boring, when done too many times too close together
Good points one and all. I appreciate all the help, and I'm looking forward to doing it tommorow! I decided in the end that i'll take two this time and three the next, seeing there are things I can't account for, because i'm going out to a lake, and I'd really like to be able to watch my Kansas Jayhawks in the elite eight later ! Real quick though: one of my buds that took acid with me had a really strong reaction to just the one hit. he had open eye visuals for about 3 hours and saw things age in a natural cycle (spring,summer,fall,winter), and then turn back to normal. He said it was so strong he wouldn't do more than one hit probably. Any clue as to how that can happen?
1. he's particularly sensitive to the drug. 2. the acid was laid poorly/unevenly and he lucked out and got the strongest hit in the batch. 3. he's on (or was on) medication or some diet that would add synergistic effects to the LSD. 4. it was something other than LSD? three hours of open eye visuals (OEV) is not long at all, actually.... i love watching the trees change seasons--they bloom and sprout leaves, get all colorful, fall off, get snowy, etc--super interesting.
I dunno guys, I took one hit of acid my first time and it seemed like nothing, then the second time I took 3 hits and it was way too intense. Bad parts of that second trip still come into many of my trips, and in many ways I feel it shaped the general acid experience for me, in some ways I don't enjoy. I'd step up from 1 to 2, but then acid in the UK can be pretty strong.
a trip changes like crazy from one hit to another. One hit to three hits is a giant leap if your not that experienced.
