so thsi 11:11 thing

I was born at 11:11 AM.

 

11:11 is said to be a pre-encoded trigger placed in our cellular memory banks prior to our descent into matter which when activated, signifies that our time of completion and ascension is near. It is believed that one knows when this particular gateway opens for them by continually seeing the numbers 11:11 in there every day lives as a continuous ocurrence. Activation of other gateways may be symbolized by other digits.

 

I joined this site to meet others who have understand what i am going through. I have been seeing the numbers 1:11 & 11:11 constantly for the past few years. It seems to a lot during certain periods of my life ( up to 5 times per day) then seems to subside for a few months.

I cannot understand it and nobody else seems to care or take me seiously when i talk about it. My boyfriend says its all in my head and i am looking for it when i know that is absolutely not true! It can be a digital clock, time ended on a call or the time a song is at on my stero....i always see it and i would like to understand more about it....any advice?

 

I catch a lot of 11's too... 1:11, 3:11, 10:11, 11:11 ect. There was a time when it really freaked me out, but I've learned that it's a good thing, through experience.

I first learned about it through an ex of mine... He would look at the clock, at a random time, notice some sort of 11, and say something about it. I never really got it, and asked what the hell he was talking aobut one day after he had seen numerous elevens in a few hours. He explained to me a theory(he said it was long and involved, but gave the short of it) that when you consistently see elevens it is a sign of some sort that something important is happening in your life.
I never thought much of it, until I started seeing elevens a few months later. I would see them all the time, on digital clocks, the microwave when cooking food, old-school clocks, songs on my car stereo... I thought I was nuts, because I knew I wasn't intentionally LOOKING for them. It baffled me for about a week, drove me bonkers, until I decided to not let it get to be, and instead try to figure out what it meant. I sat down and thought about the circumstances in my life, what was going on. It struck me that I needed to be paying attention, because things were changing, and I was learning something important.

I have seen the elevens off and on for over a year, and I always stop to pay attention to whats going on at the time... It's like my cue to realize that whats happening at that particular moment that I see an eleven is important to my life. And it has always been true... I have never seen an 11 when there isn't great change happening in my mind or life.

Numbers are just numbers, but also more than that. They make up the universe, chaos and patterns and what not. I think everything happens for a reason, and my learning about the 11 phenomenon when I did has made a positive impact on my life. I don't know why it's eleven in particular, and not 14 or 5 or something, but in almost all occult studies, 11 has power. *shrug* Who knows? My advice, sit down and figure out what it means to YOU... When do you see it most? With whom do you see it? Where do you see it most often? What signifigance can be attributed to the above answers?

The 11's are simple for me... Meaning: WAKE UP AND SEE THAT SOMETHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY IS HAPPENING IN YOUR PERSONAL WORLD... SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING. Hope it helps.

 

well it tends to be printed on the clear protective covering on the lenses of lcd digital clocks and watches. far as i can see that's the only thing to and about it.

people, especialy those of, shall we say, limited immaginations, seem to feel compelled to make big deal mysteries out of fairly common ordinary things like this, when there really are really interesting mysteries out there, but the narrowness of how the're willing to look and willing to perceive, generaly as a resault of unexamined dominant ambient popular beliefs, prevent them from looking that far beyond themselves to see any of it. any of what is REALLY beyond their common ordinary everyday lives. that's what sells those midnight globe star inquirers at the supermarket checkout stands.

we don't know the half of it certainly. but trying to pin the unknown to some arbitrary set of numbers or whathaveyou that is just self servingly gratuitous. and really denys us of the truely exotic we could otherwise enjoy.

I see 2:22 all the time, and it's ever since I met my exboyfriend, it's very strange. I sometimes think that it may just be my brain clock knows when it's 2:22 or something, but it's other things, too, like addresses and change and things like that. It could just be that I happen to notice it more than other things, but it's really weird how often it happens, especially when I am thinking about this particular person...

 

Also my sister was born on Jan 11th.

I think it's just a natural case of looking for a pattern. Like when you learn the meaning of a rarely used word and suddenly start hearing it being used by others.

7:20 4:20 11:11 1:11 and 9:11 are the only times i look at clocks lol

 

Yeah once for like a week I would wake up at exactly the same time like in the middle of the night. Sometimes that weird stuff just happens.. who knows why....

 

i love how it's always accidently 4:20, lol.
i get 7:20 a lot and 12:34 and the last time i looked at the clock today before now, it said it was 9:11. now it's 10:34, lol.

maybe it's just :11, :20, and :34...
someone should write a research paper on this.
but none of us forum heads are credible information, lol.

btw, you've got an internal clock that's pretty freaking amazing on it's own, don't ignore it.

 

i have my own presumptions about this: first that, it could mean that you have been awakened or that you are at one with yourself.

Yea, the 9:11 thing happens to me all the time too, last night in the car when I pulled in the driveway, and like 3 other times just this week. lol
