I don't think you can die in your dreams particulary because you don't know what its like to die unless you have died before which would be impossible. Am I right? And even if you do die in your dream your probably not dead, your just about to die and then you wake up! Can anyone offer some ideas on this?
i dont think you can actually die IN your dreams. you might could die WHILE dreaming. like maybe a tree falls on your bedroom while your dreaming.. or.. i dont know lol. i would say google this one
i would say we don't really know the limits of what CAN be. but rest assured there IS such a thing as probability, or in this case the lack of it. many people here have reported dream experiences of dying, while obviously having lived to relate them to us. =^^= .../\...
I have "died" in my dreams. When I do, I don't usually experience it in first person. I have come across my own dead body and even cut open my own dead body.
I died in a bus crash in a dream once. The world was blackened, I could feel a lot of heat, and I could hear my thoughts. After a while of that, I woke up.
grenadine and sunshinechild thank u lol im glad im not the only one ive only done it once but when i was really young i had a dream where i set a bomb in school and everyone else got out but me and then it was like i was watchin outside the school in 3rd person and my teacher was leadin my class out of the school and the school was on fire then they walked past my body which was laying in 2 pieces but i was still alive and looking up at them all and sunshinechild it was like u said i remember it with more detail then about any other dream ive ever had and its been years the sky got a brownish grey with clouds all over it and smoke and i felt a really strong heat and was scared but at the same time i felt this weird feelin i cant describe
Heres something cool you should hear: I dreamed I fell out of a window, my flying abilities were not working, because I was tired I could not glide either, I fell into a sea of electricity, and died. Now normally, I never die, I'm invincible, I can fall of anything of any height, get shot with anything, and nothing will happen, but this time I was electricuted, and my body stopped working. My first person view faded, and I saw my body from outside, but I was in a different transparent image of my own body. I then shocked my spirit back into my body, reained control, swam out and flew away. It was a very weird dream.
