Can you mention five things about your life that at the very moment you are happy about, and five things that can makes you miserable, at this moment yet in general.
I try not to dwell on things that make me unhappy I'm happy about my health, the fact that at the moment I have a stable income. I'm happy that my current situation does not unduly infringe on who I am-- not required to take drug or lie detector tests or cut my hair; I'm happy that I seem to be having a little success in grappling with some personal demons (this I will more than likely need for the rest of my life). I think the biggest thing is recognizing that nothing can get me down unless I allow it. The challenge is not to allow myself to engage emotions in a situation until I've thought it through. I guess the happiest thing is realizing that after all this time I've gotten a sense of how I'm to navigate this vessel through the sea of earthly existence.
Happy because... I've yet to lose my love I'm able to budget to pay for things I need and things I want, even on a small salary It's my day off, whoooooo hooooo! My parents still let me sleep at their house whenever I want I can still fit into the same size pants I wore my senior year, lol Unhappy because.... I could stand to lose weight Work is nothing but a bunch of drama I still live in the craphole that I always promised myself I'd escape from My best friend lives a thousand miles away and has a controlling boyfriend, so we never get to really talk anymore. I want tomorrow off, too...lol But really, I'm overall a pretty happy person.
Happy: 1-I love my job 2-Everyone in my immediate family, including myself is happy and healthy right now *knock on wood* 3-I am 100 percent independent for the first time ever 4-I get to go on vacation in a couple of weeks 5-I have almost all of my laundry done and hung-up Not happy: 1- I need to go grocery shopping today 2-I have an intense pain in my mouth because I need a root canal and I keep putting it off 3-I smell and look pretty gross right now 4-It's cold today 5-I have a lot to do today but am feeling lethargic
Alright, well, as much as I try to focus on the positive and not dwell on the negative, I can play along and make this list. My five positives: ~ I've got a family who loves me ~ I've got a husband who loves me ~ I've got a great circle of friends ~ I'm pursuing my dream ~ I'm healthy 5 things that are currently making me miserable: (or, at least, can be better!) ~ business is slow, I would like it to pick up a bit more ~ trying to lose weight, it seems to be an uphill battle, but it's working (although slowly!) ~ I'm in the middle of kitchen renovations, which seem to be taking forever! ~ my parents moved to France, they're so far away! They're happy, and I'm happy that they're happy, but I do miss them. alright, well, I can only think of 4. But that's it.
happy - 1. i had an enjoyable break at home 2. other than my ankle, i'm healthy 3. got to hang out with an old friend for the past 2 days 4. school is almost done for the semester 5. back at school to see my friends miserable - 1. my ankle is taking a bit too long to heal 2. cousin hasn't emailed or called me since she moved out to california... 3. its cold, way too cold 4. i'm really tired 5. i'm back at school - haha
What I'm happy about: 1. Having a roof over my head. 2. Loving both of my jobs. 3. I'm getting my tattoo finished on Friday (finally!) 4. My sickness is FINALLY almost gone 5. Getting a volunteer position at Bonnaroo What I'm unhappy about (I could list more than five right now): 1.The situation with the man I'm in love with (this could actually spread into more than five unhappy-nesses) 2. My period not coming 3. My weight/bloating 4. Living in the Midwest 5. My room and vehicle being a mess.
What I'm happy about: 1~ Going home in two weeks and get to see my family and friends 2~ Being healthy 3~ Discovering some new friends 4~ Having a loving family (most of the time!) 5~ My hopes for the future Unhappy 1~ My boyfriend finished with me 2~ I miss him and it hurts like a bitch! 3~ Two family members being seriously ill 4~ My house is a shithole 5~ Perverts/ chauvinistic pigs leering at me in the street when I'm trying to mind my own business!! Fuck off please!
Happy- 1. The weight I've lost 2. That the one "ordeal" is almost over 3. That spring is almost here and I can go camping 4. The relationships I have 5. All my future plans Unhappy- 1. Bitch's stuff is still here 2. The ordeal is not quite over yet 3. I still have more weight to lose 4. Wish I had more money saved 5. ?
Hi 5 1. I got my Limo for 50$ 2. The AMS amp also is incredible. 3. I am using my Rickenbacker 4. I maintain a friendship with my ex 5. Finally made time to put place in great order. LOW5 1. Had to break lock on bike because it would not open and trip from store on cab and tool to break it was 30$ 2. Cold weather cripples my playing in park. 3. Have been out of touch with my friends 4. Have spent more than I have earnt, the last few days. 5. My vacum cleaners!!! Don't suck.
