...is when I started my dreading adventure. I remember the night it was backcombed. My momma did it for me, we both knew it would take a long long time, and she decided to do it anyways, even though she had to be at work at 2 in the morning. We finished at midnight. And even though she would get no sleep, and she absolutely hated the thought of dreads, she wasn't mad at all cause she saw how happy I was. Well now 6 months in, she loves them, as do I. I think they get better everyday. I have actually memorized every special feature and every flaw of everyone. They are loads of fun. I have never looked sexier , and before when i heard dreads were more than a hairstyle, they are a lifestyle....I laughed at it, but now I believe it more than anything. So happy 6 months, littlns! Here are some pics, hopefully ( i had some probelems, so i dunno), but the first one (white background) is the first night, the other two are on their birthday. I know im not very pleasing to the eye, but yeah theres one of the many styles i do mine in
awesome! our dreads are the same age. i just stopped brushing my hair all together about the middle of september. i separated and rolled them a little on the 18th and have pretty much not touched them except to keep them separate. can't wait for pics!
wow, they look killer! i sure hope mine look that good at six months. whats your hair texture? and by the way, dont worry, be happy and realize youre beautiful! read your vampirefreaks profile... you like primus???!!!???!!!???!!! you are the coolest person ever. after me. and les claypool.
lol I can deal with third place, but my hair is kinda thick, really soft but coarse I guess cause I used to have a massive fro. But its also very very tightly curled, so that could be a big factor. and thank you much everyone for the comments
