This is my first pregnancy and I have had morning sickness/ nausea for almost the whole time now ( I'm about 4 months pregnant ) and I was curious to see if there were any safe-all natural ways to ease the nausea?? Any suggestions would be great. Thank you.

I had the all-day nausea when I was pregnant. Sipping cold water helped, and altoid tangerine sours helped too for some reason. Instead of big meals, try snacking throughout the day. Popsicles feel good when your stomach is all funky too.

mmmmm, popsicles sound good right now.....:p
I have got some fleeting morning sickness....well, all day sickness....this time. Oddly, sugary foods help me a ton. I keep snacking on jelly beans and they're doing wonders. And I drink tons of water. When I can't keep the water down, I nurse a can of pop. The carbonation seems to help sooooo much.
Honestly, though, the best thing I can tell you is to eat whatever you can. Anytime you crave something, eat it. That's what I have been doing so far, and although it's not helping with my weight gain issues, it's helping me to not throw up everything I eat.

i had nausea and vomiting all day during both of my pregnancies : (

hard candy, water, fresh air, ginger and gatorade helped. as much sleep as possible as well

if your 4 months along it should be subsiding quite soon!

GINGER TEA! Ginger is a natural anti-emetic (I think that's the right word). Just a sip and my nausea started to disappear. Make sure you get the kind made with real ginger (not just ginger flavor) and it will be healthier if you sweeten it with raw honey instead of white sugar. Natural ginger snaps can help or ginger chews, but the tea is the best thing. If you don't like the flavor, you can mix it with another tea or get the kind that's flavored (I have a ginger-peach kind).

Drinking cow milk also helped settle my stomach and sometimes plain bread helped as well.

Don't worry, this too shall pass. :) Congratulations on the little one!

Ginger, ginger snaps, ginger ale, ginger tea, these things all work well. I also wore the sea bands on my wrists which helped too! The big thing is not to avoid eating b/c you are feeling sick, then your blood sugar drops and the problem worsens. Eat small frequent snacks, keep crackers or ginger snaps on hand! I would always keep some crackers on my night stand and eat a few before getting up in the morning. Good luck! I was sick for about 3-4 months with all 3 of my kids and then one day it magically went away!
