1. Chopped up banana slices 2. Cottage Cheese 3. Grape Nuts Mix together and enjoy for any or every meal. I do. Sometimes I add more fruit or substitute yogurt for cottage cheese or granola for grape nuts, but I could seriously eat it for every meal.
ulgh? Fucking cottage cheese? I feel safe to say that I will never eat this mix. MAybe with yoghurt, never with cottage cheese. People that eat fruit and cottage cheese are lifeless. (sarcasm about the lifeless bit )
