get a pencil and paper, sit in your room, and just start writing. write down anything that pops into your head, dont think just write. dont censor yourself, and dont read it until your done. it will freak you out, the weird things that a mind thinks of. oh, and as i said before, it does NOT work on a computer, because it takes more time to type than to write, your fingers cant keep up with your mind. i did mine on paper THEN typed it up!
