Somebody reassure me here......

Okay, so there is a guy that I chill with, and I don't know that he definetly likes me, but I mean, I do, not to sound concieted, even though I know that sounds waaaay concieted, well anyways, I like his friend and his friend likes me too, anyways, we were at a party and this lead to that and well, you can guess what happened, I don't think that I should appologize to the guy who likes me because he never said anything about it to me, and because I don't feel that way about him. I dont know, I just had to get that out, honest opinions would be greatly appreciated on account of I have no idea what to think..

They probably both think you're easy. Don't worry...the one dude isn't going to be hurt. I highly doubt that anything serious will ever become of you and the other guy.
