whats the matter with people?

so i go to take a shower and a kid gets undressed in the shower stall, hangs his pants and shirt over the door along with his towel, turns the water on, and showers. then when he's done, he dries off in the shower stall, and gets dressed in the shower stall.

i don't get it.

i just wear a towel down to the bathroom, with my robe and then turn the shower on, take off the robe and towel, walk into the shower stall. then i dry myself off outside the shower stall, put my robe on and walk to my room.

i just don't get why they wear clothes to the shower, and put the same clothes back on after showering. and why they do everything in a cramped shower stall.

 

Maybe he's just shy?

 

well, its not just him...its all the other civilians kids who live on this deck...all 6 of them. they all do the same thing. they dont' even use the damn urinal to take a piss in...

I think it's kinda creepy when people are shy in a shower too. Your trying to get clean. unless a badger bit off your man parts, what's their to be shy about.

Although I don't really like urinals.

I don't like people walking behind me when it's hard to turn around. I slightly expect that a stranger may attack me at any moment.

I always go shower with my clothes on and then put them back on, it's a habit I got while backpacking... it just stuck.

Well, I usually just bring clean clothes in with me and change right there.

But at times, dirty clothes... ya... well, not unless I ain't go no other clothes.

 

on my bike trip, we would shower and there was a huge chance we had to put on clothes we had already biked in, just because it was rare chance to wash our clothes...it felt nasty...so now, i need new/clean clothes to wear after showering.

 

I don't get what the big deal is. Maybe he equally thinks it's weird that there are guys walking around in towels and nothing else. Who knows.

 

Or maybe he just has a really little little friend...

 

i'm not the only one who finds this wierd. many others who live on this floor find it wierd too....

its also wierd to be at a swim meet and see people do deck changes in the bathroom. the kid will walk aroiund all day in his swimsuit, but once he gets to the bathroom after the meet is over, he'll do a deck change...he'll wrap a towel around his waist and pull his suit down and then put on some underwear...

 

Maybe he's just nervous that you seem to be watching and documenting his every move. I mean, you wanna watch a little boy change his clothes, that's your thing, I'm cool with it,but he might not agree.
