i was sooo obsessed with it when i was a freshmen in high school......... does anyone on here still play?? i could never get anyone to come over and play so i had all these books and things and it would have been pointless to play by myself HAHA I used to draw what "my vampire" looked like, no one else was interested in playing tho..............

I played this game about twice a week when I lived back home. White Wolf got rid of the Vampire:The Masquerade and started up a new World of Darkness line. I haven't played a lot of it but I do have the new vampire book.

We played a lot of it back in the day. Still got all my old source books. Now after Wizards released d20 I haven't touched it and the d10 system. Last WW game we played was a Werewolf and man...you shouldn't need to roll over 10 dice at a time for any game. It just got ridiculous.

Great little universe though and I'm very much looking forward to playing the MMORPG.

Anyone ever watch the Spelling tv show of VtM? It wasn't too bad as I recall. It got really cancelled though.

    Nossies forever!!

I watched Kindred: The Embraced on Space a few years back. It was amazing and I can't believe they left it on such a cliff hanger. From what I understand they cancelled the show because the guy who was playing the Prince of the city died of a drug overdose.

I agree with rolling more then ten dice but I played Exalted last night. Another WW game. With one of my "powers" I have 26 d10 to hit something with this giant sword. Usually it is overkill.

i've played before, but I didn't like the system, namely rolling a bunch of dice. I love playing it every once in a while though.

Yeah, the guy who played the prince of the city died, ironic yes? It was very good for all six episodes though.

I could never find anyone who wanted to play either. I had a lot of the books and whatnot, but they never got used. It's sad really, I had so many good games planned out. Then a former roommate stole all of them except the main book and the players handbook, and I guess that's all she wrote. I didn't bother to buy them again. I was also into werewolf. I found two people to play with me, but after the books were stolen we got into the pallidium system.
