I can get bottles of this shit with ease. Problem is, the ratios of codeine to other chemicals in it are fucked royally. 5ml of it contains : 3.33mg Codeine 30mg Pseudoephedrine 100mg Guaifenesin I know for a fact that I can't do pseudoephedrine because when I take it at bottle reccomended doses, I get really strung out. I don't know about Guaifenesin, but it's for loosening phlegm, so I dont think it could be that bad. Basically I'm wondering if I can somehow extract the pseudoephedrine and guaifenesin from the codeine.
Alright, I guess nobodys gonna help me. I just googled it and I found out that Guaifenesin is soluble in alcohol, so is pseudoephedrine. Apparently, codeine isn't. How would I go about making an alcohol extraction? I was thinking I could just put some alcohol in with the syrup, mix it around, then wait for the mixture to settle then scoop up the alcohol with a spoon or something (because it should separate, right?) Let me know if this sounds possible... Because this codeine syrup is super easy to get.
I noticed you live in Canada (as I do). It should be just as easy to get that syrup as it is to get OTC pills with 8mg codeine. Try that and just do a cold water extraction. I'm drinking down about 300mg worth right now. *swoon*
Well the way you described would probably work. It'd basically be a reverse of the CWE. mix it with some alcohol (don ask how much, you'd have to know their solubility in it) Filter it, don't scoop it out, and I guess the shit in your filter after would be the codeine if all goes well. I wouldn't recomend this though, I've never heard anything like it and both those chems are bad news in high doses. I once took a shitload of Guaifenesin in some cough syrup, being ignorant and not reading the label. I puked my ASS off for 3 hours straight.
I'm not worried about the guaifenesin... It's the pseudoephedrine that would fuck me up bad. 1500mg per bottle.
