This was a great book. I remember having this read to me way back in the day.

The watermelon always looked so tasty

 

its an awesome book for children. my children have this book and love reading it. it was one of the first books my daughter ever read by herself.

 

This was my fav. as a child. That and The Pokey Little Puppy, which my mom hated reading because of how it's so repetitive. lol

 

I loved that book, fuckin masterpiece
