    i was hoping to have some one draw me a few tats.
    and perhaps scan them onto their computer.

    What kind of designs are you looking for?

    Remember - tattoo artists are just that, artists. You can go to them with an idea, or a basic sketch (if you can't do it, a friend probably can) and they'll help bring it to life. Then you can stand there and go "I don't like this" and "that needs to be lighter/darker" and "that needs to be bigger/smaller" etc. and they're really polite and patient about it.
