It's amazing how even food we think of as healthy, like boxed cereals, are soooooo processed and filled with so many chemicals. Also, there's soy in friggen EVERYTHING, and I just found out I have to give up soy, and dairy. I am a cereal freak - it's my favorite thing to snack on, but I can't afford the fancy boxed cereal at the health food store, so I've decided to buy ingredients in bulk (much cheaper) and make my own. I'll be able to control everything that goes in it so I know I'm not getting gross chemicals or soy or dairy in it. Rice milk is my friend.
I recently discovered rice milk, too. I'm trying to tone done my soy consumption, due to things I've heard about hormones and the like. I personally really like Rice Dream, the chocolate flavor is delish.
