right you know help services and that always say people smoke and do drugs to be 'cool'. but where i live all the stoners and ravers are judged and segregated from those 'straight edge' popular kids. and get shit all the time for choosing to do some thing to there own body. ...does everyone get shit for taking drugs or is it cool to be a waste head where some of you people are?

 

I used to, but the whole time anyone from where I live have known me, I have always smoked. So it sorta died down when they found something or someone else to gawk at.

 

In my town, most of the "preppy" cool kids look down at the stoners at are school, always trying to get us in trouble and shit. We just say fuck em and do what we like, whatever makes you happy man, don't worry about looking cool. Ganja is Ganja. Thats that

 

lol. yer even if half em 'straight edge' kids did like us, i wouldnt wanna be friends with them anyway. its not that i wanna be popular or anything, i mean i am quite just with the 'wrong people' ...its all the shit me and my friends get from them that bothers me.
iv been smoking for long, my mum got me into it pretty young. so iv always been knowen as the stoner/drugy kid but for some reason they dont get bored of telling us there better than us.

 

I don't care... if you're kind to each other about it, you're fine with me.

 

The people in my age group at school were pretty drug friendly, wasn't a whole lot of segregation going on at Hants North.

 

Definiltey no problem at my school. People just think its funny if someone smokes at my school.

 

not that i'm for the anti pot stuff-i think it's ridiculous-but when i started smoking pot at age 13, i went from having no friends to having an entire group that i was now a part of. it may be a group that is looked down upon by another group, but that's just the way it is. that's why there are wars. i made plenty of friends, simply because i now smoked pot, and was "one of them". i now realize i had nothing in common with most of em', aside from pot. this really is the reason that many kids start. even if you are looked down upon for smoking, you still get to say "we".

among people in my grade in my school, doing drugs makes you a loser. Yet somehow, its considered fine for the rich kids to steal alcohol from their parent's liquor cabinet at their fucking lakehouses and yachts. So that really pisses me off

 

The stoners and straight kids mix real well in my school/community. Some of my friends are pure straight-edge, and I get along with them fine; just when I want to smoke, I call up someone else. Also, theres almost more stoners at my school than straights, cause I go to an art school. There, everyones at least tried it.

 

I don't smoke weed because I think its cool, I do it cause I enjoy. People that have a problem with people smoking should get over themselves.

 

i agree wholeheartedly with imagine... and fuck, the government needs lets someone scientifically research the shit and cut out the schedule one bullshit... damn, alcohol and tobacco mess up a lot more ppls lives/kill people than da reefa does

hs is tough., u may not fit in...i sure didnt... but when your out ypur out & u meet a whole diffgerent crowd thats not so petty & judgmental..& i have a toner of stoner freinds... a ton...& every 1 of thems amazing..
id hafta say i have the best freinds there are..& i have alot...
but in school there were only a small group i coulkd even hang with cause every1 is so judgmental & devided up into groups

at my school everyone does drugs. jocks, preps, stoners, goths etc. Its kind of weird because it seems like drugs link all of the groups together. One group doesnt ever really hate the other group, in fact the 'jocks' and 'preps' usually hang out with the 'stoners.' Its actually pretty weird.

well my science teacher talks with us about pot every once in awhile and he doesnt really care, and a couple other teachers do aswell. but my mom on the other hand is compleatly hostile towards pot, like she gave me shit over 6 times a day for 2months! because she caught me, and now its just a few times a week, and everytime she sees a newspaper add or movie about someone doing drugs shes always like, THAT COULD HAVE BEEN YOU BILLY! its fucked up man, truley fucked up

 

the stoner/prep contact is actually working pretty well at my school. My friends and I used to get a lot of shit for smoking, but now a lot of the preps like to smoke at parties and so when they need pot they call me. Works out for everyone, I can sell for $20-25 a gram and they get a contact who can always get them something good.
